Corrections should leave a trail.

Pet Cost Planner records material source and formula changes in its public methodology. A monitored public inbox or issue tracker has not yet been supplied for publication, so this page does not invent one.

Current contact status

Direct contact is not yet active, so this page remains marked noindex. The publisher still needs to add and test a monitored correction method and state an expected response process. Until then, the model version, source register, and known limitations remain publicly inspectable.

What a correction report should include

  • The page URL and the exact statement, number, control, or behavior at issue.
  • The source that supports a factual or calculation correction.
  • Browser, device, and assistive technology details for an accessibility issue.
  • No passwords, payment information, medical records, insurance records, or other sensitive personal data.

Correction policy

Consequential source and formula errors should be investigated first. Confirmed changes should be tested and recorded in the methodology update log. A correction must not silently rewrite source dates or imply professional review that did not happen.
